Z9 度假村,滨河建造可持续性酒店——泰国度假天堂

Z9度假村荣获了2018年BCI Asia IDA“酒店(Hospitality)”奖项。该方案位于泰国北碧府斯瑞那卡瑞大坝(Srinakarin Dam, Kanchanaburi),是一个漂浮的度假胜地。度假村因其对建筑材料的合理利用与融于大自然的建筑结构而出名,也为游客提供了私密的陆上房间和舒适的水上房间两种选择。

每个建筑单元都充分利用自然通风,并且其造型和色彩都与优美的山水景观和谐地融合在一起。建筑群的尺度也很契合于周边环境。这一组带状的建筑群完美地利用了湖边的美景,大厅是依据月光的朝向设计的,这意味着光临度假村的游客都可以欣赏美轮美奂的“日出与日落”。

Z9的业主认为在采用了可持续设计设计理念的度假村里驻留并放松自我是享受自然环境的最佳方式之一。因此,基于 "3R" 概念(减少使用Reduce、再利用Reuse和回收利用Recycle)的可持续设计方法,已经在此项目中的许多方面得到了应用。

首先,“再利用(Reuse)”;再利用概念是指对原度假村的木材进行再次使用。这些旧木材被用于度假村的装饰品。用于天花板的刨花板也是再利用概念的另一体现,因为刨花板是由旧木屑层层压制而成的。

再者,“减少利用(Reduce)”;尽量减少人工痕迹,是在拥有富饶而优美的自然环境场地中建造建筑的最好方式之一。基于这种理念,该项目几乎没有调整原建筑的外围轮廓。度假村使用了诸如钢结构这样的轻型结构。钢结构在多方面促进了环境保护,例如较大的跨度,意味着较小的触地面积并且可以做出相应调整来适应已有的基础。它还有着比混凝土结构更快的施工速度和更少的施工垃圾。

第三个原则,“回收利用(Recycle)”;由于一些遗留下来的木材体积相当巨大,所以我们将其进行切割、调整并用来制作室内的家具。此外,度假村还采用的闭路循环水处理系统来在污水排入湖水之前对其进行处理。这些措施保障了度假村内旅客的无忧用水。
